While we keep cramming the space under our tree with more stuff, he did the opposite. He downsized. He let go of his glory and his advantages and took on a serving role, to the point that it was hard to recognize him. He was humble. He became one of us, which is how he was able to bring us back to God. And that’s how God will use you to bring back others, as you humbly empty yourself and become a servant. (Read Philippians 2:6-8.)
